Why we’re supporting Wealthbrite’s Financial Wellbeing in Law launch
The Solicitors’ Charity is supporting Wealthbrite as they launch their 2026 Workplace Report on Tuesday 3 November, hosted by Browne Jacobson in London.
Money worries don’t stay at home – they follow people into work, and they can affect performance, confidence and wellbeing in ways that are easy to overlook in a profession built on competence and control. Financial wellbeing is one of the areas of support we provide alongside emotional, physical and professional wellbeing, so it’s a conversation we’re glad to be part of.
What’s being explored
The evening will reveal new sector research into how law firms are supporting financial wellbeing – what’s working, where the gaps remain, and what more can be done to support people’s performance and progression. Leaders from people, responsible business, inclusion, reward and risk will come together to discuss:
- What good financial wellbeing support looks like in practice
- How financial literacy contributes to resilient, high-performing teams
- What law can learn from other industries, including aviation
Come and say hello
Our CEO, Nick Gallagher, will be there throughout the evening, so if you’re attending, please do come and say hello. He’d love to hear your perspective and tell you more about the support The Solicitors’ Charity provides. Spaces are limited, so if you’d like to join, register soon.
